Sandblasting/phosphating pretreatment, electrostatic spraying + high-temperature curing, tough & durable coating.

- No pretreatment, poor adhesion

- Use recycled/low-grade powder, easy to fade

- Insufficient curing, soft & scratchable coating

- Too thin coating with pinholes, inner rust

Primer + topcoat + baking, strong adhesion & good anti-rust performance.

- Skip primer, rust penetrates quickly

- Over-diluted paint, poor coverage

- Air-dry instead of baking, low hardness

- Insufficient coats, rough surface
