✅ Stage 2: Newly Added Bottom Pre-Heating (Core Upgrade) Different from traditional two-stage heating models, the added independent bottom pre-heating process fully softens the PE coating film at the bucket bottom in advance. It avoids hard and uneven raw materials that lead to forming failures and defective products.
✅Stage 3: Final Bottom Forming Heating Perform precise constant-temperature heating for formal bottom forming. On the basis of fully softened raw materials, the forming process is smoother and more stable.
