Brand: Shunda | Manufacturer: Haining Chengda Machinery Co., Ltd.
Document Keywords: paper cup machine heating system adjustment, paper cup thermal forming temperature, heater air volume control, paper cup machine heating position calibration
Meta Description: Official heating system commissioning standard for Shunda paper cup forming machines, including temperature adaptation, air outlet position calibration and energy-saving air volume control for stable thermal forming.
The heating system is the core thermal forming component of automatic paper cup machines. Unreasonable temperature, air outlet position and air volume will cause insufficient laminating fusion, uneven heating and cup body deformation. This document formulates unified and standardized heating adjustment rules for Shunda brand paper cup machines, adapting to different paper gram weights and laminating materials, realizing high-quality forming and energy-saving production.

4. Heating System Commissioning Standards

4.1 Adaptive Adjustment of Heating Temperature

The equipment heating temperature is not fixed. It shall be adjusted differentially according to the base paper weight and laminating film material to meet the hot melting and forming process requirements of different raw materials. Thick paper and high-density laminating film require appropriately increased heating temperature, while thin paper is suitable for low-temperature heating to avoid scorching and deformation.

4.2 Calibration of Heating Air Outlet Position

The first group of heating air outlets is arranged at the top of the equipment, with a 1mm spacing from the lower plane of the die. The second group of heating air outlets aligns with the cup bottom bending area, located at the middle position between the bending point and the rearmost end of the cup bottom, ensuring uniform heating across the whole forming area and consistent thermal forming effect of cup body and cup bottom.

4.3 Heating Air Volume Control

Under the premise of no heater overload alarm and qualified heating for forming, adjust the air volume to the minimum value to balance forming quality and energy saving performance. Reasonable air volume control avoids excessive heat loss, reduces equipment operation energy consumption, and ensures stable and continuous heating efficiency during mass production.
